It’s the day after Easter and boy am I spent. We had a full, but great, weekend with family and I loved every minute of it.
Our boys are so blessed to have people in their lives who love them the way they do and I am so grateful! I’m also grateful to live in an age where bringing up baby has become a bit easier thanks to helpful products — especially since we hosted one event at our home!
My boys are each four years apart from one another (the biggest gap is an eight-year difference) and I forget each time just how hard it can be to juggle little ones during any holiday season, particularly if you’re playing host(ess). Today I am sharing with you my most favorite items for baby that have made my days run a bit more smoothly. I hope these suggestions will come in handy for you!

It definitely takes practice, lol! I had a hard time doing it the first few times. I’m posting a video — it’s easier to catch if seen rather than typed. Thank you for the comment!

I absolutely love the way you put this together. The pictures are sooo nice to know what we are looking at! Love your list. Saving this for later. There are always items I forget about. Oh! I love the skip hop diaper bag too! Thanks so much!

I love this! It’s helpful how you divided it up into different categories. This list pretty much covers it all. I’m pinning this so my first-time mom friends can see it, too!

Thank you so much! I hoped dividing it up wouldn’t make it so overwhelming. Thanks for pinning, too!

I totally second the Rock n Play and the arm and hammer bags. I can’t imagine Mommying without either of those!

Those Arm & Hammer bags have totally saved my life on occasion! Especially if I’ve left the wet bag at home and a little one has had a big blowout. I give those as a small gift-filler at baby showers. Definitely a must!

Hi Sarah!
Love your blog! The converse pics are the best 😉
This is such a great list for any pregnant mom. The swaddleme swaddles were life savers with our second baby. He just outgrew them 🙁
I’m pinning this post. Thanks again!

Thank you! The Converses belong to my boys. They’ve all worn them since they could wear shoes — haha!
The SwaddleMe wraps are fab, especially for winter months when you don’t want a loose blanket in the crib.
Thanks for the pin and the comment!

This list is great for new moms out there, much of what you have listed is what I recommend to my new mommy friends as well. Great minds think alike, and great products that work. My number one most recommended product though is the swaddling cloth, that came in extremely handy when my daughter was so little. It made her feel like she was still in the womb, and I could get a little cleaning done while she snoozed in her bassinet.
