We love reading in our house; I have read to my boys from the time they were born. So naturally, every holiday, they each receive a book. I love that there are so many titles these days that encompass various holidays, and Easter is no different. Today I am sharing with you my very favorite books for this upcoming Easter, complete with links to each title. I hope you will find something for your littles that will be pure magic for them.
Board Books (baby – 3)
- P is for Peter
- Llama Llama Easter Egg
- Little Blue Truck’s Springtime
- Happy Easter, Mouse!
- The Very Hungry Caterpillar’s Easter Colors
Picture Books (4 – 8)
- How to Catch the Easter Bunny
- The Berenstain Bears and the Easter Story
- Happy Easter Curious George
- Tiny the Louisiana Easter Bunny (there are other state titles, too!)
- There Was an Old Lady Who Swallowed a Chick
This is awesome! I just did a similar post as well. I recently saw that Peter Rabbit board book at Target and thought it was ADORABLE!

We grew up reading the Bears, too. Love that most of them teach a lesson in a lighthearted way.

Junie B. Jones was one of my favorite book series as a child! I had no idea that half of these books even existed! I LOVE “If you Give a mouse a cookie” so I’m sure that book is precious. My kids have recently gotten hooked on the Hungry Caterpillar, so I may have to check out that book also!

We also really like reading in our home. I don’t let my girls watch TV because I prefer them to engage in more active learning activities. It’s wonderful to see them derive pleasure from reading at such a young age. It’s great that you included the Bernstein bears book about the actual Easter story.
